Stack Saddles are available for any size steel trench shield that Pro-Tec builds.  They can be built on to the shield as we build them or can be shipped to you to weld on to the shields in your fleet. 
Pro-Tec’s Stack Saddles allow two knife edge shields to be stacked on top of each other without turning the top shield upside down.
The Stack Saddles really come in handy when trying to use an High Clearance Arch System on 2– 8’ High Trench shields.

O.S.H.A. Bits

• Install Trench Shields in a manner to prevent lateral movement.
• Employees shall not be allowed in Shields when they are being installed, removed or moved vertically.
  Trench Shields may be stacked if they are connected together with manufacturer approved equipment.
• Any deviation from the manufacturer’s specifications must be approved in writing by the manufacturer.
