Compoents of a Slide Rail System

Panels -

With Pro-Tec's Slide Rail Panels, you don't have to worry about if the next panel on the pile is an inside or an outside panel, all of Pro-Tec's Slide Rail Panels can be used either as the inside or outside panel.  Greatly increasing the effectiveness of the panels. 

Each Panel is constructed of High-Strength material and welded to meet OSHA requirements and to be certifed by a Professional Engineeer. 

The Panels come in 4' & 8' high sections, and can be any where from 6' long to 30' long to match and meet any need that your job may require.

Attached on both sides of the panels is Pro-Tec's one piece T-Lock. These T-Lock's are machined from solid High-Strength bar steel.  This eliminates welds, reduces friction and provides a secure connection at this critical connection point.

Corner Post -

Pro-Tec offers multiple sizes of corner post per Slide Rail system.  The corner post are used when closing off an end (whether it is for 3-sided or 4-sided applications).  All the posts (Spreader and Corner Post) include track cutouts in their design that reduces the height that panels need to be lifted for faster, safer installations. Also, all the post include Pro-Tec's EXCLUSIVE Quick Release Hook.  The Quick Release Hook is operated from the ground, eliminating the need for a person to climb up a ladder to unhook rigging. 

Spreader Post -

Similar to the Corner Post, Pro-Tec's Spreader Post are used when a system requires multiple bays.  Like the Corner Post, the Spreader Post have track cutouts in their design that reduces the height that panels need to be lifted for faster, safer installations. Also, all the post include Pro-Tec's EXCLUSIVE Quick Release Hook.  The Quick Release Hook is operated from the ground, eliminating the need for a person to climb up a ladder to unhook rigging.  The Spreader post, on their inner face, have tracks that the roller beams roll up and down on.

Roller Beams -

Pro-Tec's Roller Beams play an essential role in the Slide Rail System, they keep the system from falling in on itself.  Pro-Tec currently manufactures 4 different styles of Roller Beams; Single Roller Beam (for use with the Single Spreader Post), Double Roller Beam (for use with the Double Spreader Post), Triple Roller Beam (for use with the Triple Spreader Post) and the Double Box Beam (For use with the Double Spreader Post).
